OUR Refund Policy
All Premium Spores products in spore syringe and culture form are backed by our 30-day 100% sterility guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds or replacements will only be processed for items that are unused and in the original packaging. Spores are living organisms so absolute sterility cannot be assured in all cases. However, if you think there is a problem with the integrity or quality of your syringe.
Please contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery. Please do not take the syringe(s) out of the packaging until we have had the opportunity to review your concern.
We are proud of our product and are constantly working to exceed your expectations providing you with top quality microscopy specimens. We are happy to replace spore syringes if needed to ensure you are happy.
Please do not contact us about growing P. Cubensis spores. This includes discussions on substrate, agar and mycelium. *Our cubensis mushroom spores are intended for microscopy and taxonomic purposes only. Any communication that indicates an intention to harvest or cultivate Psilocybe Cubensis mushrooms will result in cancellation of your order. Also, any future attempts to purchase from us will be declined.
We ship your order secure in white mailer BOXES for USPS, so this is not an issue 99.99% of the time, but if your spores or culture products ever get damaged during shipping please email us a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. Check the picture to see if there is any damage. We will ship you a replacement syringe within 24 hours.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address and name information. Please double check the shipping address you have entered before placing your order. This information will be automatically loaded to our system.
Items returned or lost due to incorrect or invalid/undeliverable address are not refundable. We provide tracking info to help you keep track of your package, but cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We want you to be happy with your ordered products, if you make a mistake with your conducted research or are unhappy with your research, please email us and we will discuss a special discount on a replacement.
Cancel Order
